We offer a natural setting and a relaxed atmosphere.
The historic township has an ambience dating from the Goldrush with a wood-fired bakery, five-star restaurants and everything between! Good food, local wines, pubs, clubs, antiques, gardens and steam trains.

Bush Camping . . . @ Tarrengower - ($30 per car)

Pitch your tent in the scenic reserve amid the box trees on the slopes of Mount Tarrengower.
The reserve forms part of the thousands of hectares of crown land that surrounds the town.
There is a maintained block of male and female toilets.

This is for those who prefer a late to bed, late to rise camping experience.

Set one and a half kilometres from town, the Tarrengower reserve is the site for several important festival venues - the Guinness Tent, the Troubadour wine tent, the Children’s Entertainment & Session Tent and the main stage which operates during the day on Sunday only. The festival mini bus provides a continual shuttle service for festival patrons between the reserve and the town centre.

You will be provided with directions and instructions when you collect your festival and camping tickets at the festival office.

Family Camping . . .
